Walked me through how it was going to go! He did an air quality test and took a swab sample, used infra red light to show the presence of mold. Very patient, answered all my questions and concerns! He was super thorough, checking all areas and testing everything, and he was very friendly throughout the entire process. He really helped calm my concerns about the mold issues in my apartment, which were in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room.
