He was super thorough, checking all areas and testing everything, and he was very friendly throughout the entire process. He really helped calm my concerns about the mold issues in my apartment, which were in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Jay took the time to explain how to address the mold, what the potential causes could be, and he ultimately found the root issue of why the mold kept appearing.
